Gus is a global mining executive with senior leadership across Fortune 500 companies, spanning operations, strategy, finance, and project development across multiple continents. He has led multidisciplinary teams, driven ESG programmes, supported M&A and joint ventures, and served on the board of AMIRA International.

Daniel Driscoll

Chief legal officer

Daniel Driscoll is a mining executive and lawyer with 20 years of experience in mining finance, development and transactions. He is currently Chief Legal Officer to Blue Gold Limited and co-leads the Global Natural Resources Practice at Gowling WLG in London. He previously served as SVP Mining at Gerald Metals, CEO of Lilium Mining, and General Counsel of Endeavour Mining.

Nathan Dionne

CTO

Senior technology executive with deep experience in digital payments, fintech, and blockchain. Previously, he was an early team member at CashStar (acquired by Blackhawk), served as CTO of Barstool Sports (acquired by Penn National), co-founded NorthOut (acquired by ECI), and later served as SVP of Digital Transformation at ECI.

Lorenz Werndle

CFO

Seasoned finance executive with experience spanning mining, strategy, corporate development and M&A across Africa and international capital markets. Previously Head of Corporate Development at Mwana Africa Plc and Lonrho Plc, providing financial leadership on multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and mining turnarounds. Earlier in his career he advised mining companies on IPOs, fundraisings and M&A transactions as a corporate finance professional at Ambrian Partners Plc and on corporate expansion strategies whilst at Andersen Consulting.
